Practice Principal

Barbara J Barnard, MA, VetMB, MRCVS

Barbara came to work with Margaret Cameron in Dundee in 1981 after a year working at the Dick Vet in Edinburgh.

She took over as Practice Principal in 1995 when Miss Cameron retired.

She enjoys all aspects of small animal veterinary work and is interested in the medical needs of older pets. She also carries out our reptile consultations.

Barbara is married to Alfred, the practice Manager and they enjoy hill walking with their two border collies.

She is also a keen church bell ringer in her spare (!) time.

Kathryn Douglas MA VetMB MRCVS

Kathryn qualified from Cambridge university in 2006 and has been working with us since 2009.

Mhairi Cameron BVMS MRCVS

Mhairi qualified in 2004 from Glasgow

Part Time Vets

Graeme Buchan, BVMS, MRCVS

Graeme qualified from Glasgow in 1981

He now works for Blackness Vets part time and his special interest in dog and cat behaviour  takes up the rest of his time.
